| T.E.S.C. POND ANALYSIS:
SURFACE AREA POND CALCULATIONS PER DOE
BASIN “A”:
SA = Surface Area = (1.2) (Q for 10YR, Average between existing and developed)/(Velocity of Settling)
SA = (1.2) ((2.10+3.73)/2 cfs)/ (0.00096 fps)
SA = 3,644 SF (Pond settling surface Required)
SA = >4,000 SF (Pond settling surface Provided)
BASIN “B”:
SA = Surface Area = (1.2)(Q for 10YR, Average between existing and developed)/(Velocity of Settling)
SA = (1.2) ((2.15+3.52)/2 cfs)/ (0.00096 fps)
SA = 3,544 SF... | |  |

To Whom It May Concern,
In the past 30 years I have worked for 2 private surveying and engineering companies representing public and private clients. I have designed and engineered projects that included construction management and acquisition of the permits. Projects included plats, schools, churches, high-rises, wear houses, airports and even lakes. I have mastered hydrology. I believe my interest, experience and education support my ability to learn and produce in this area. I am confident that I can offer positive contributions to any team while being open to the personal growth that the experience will undoubtedly provide.
I would be thrilled for the opportunity to contribute to the growth of your company and community. I have acquired many talents as a Hydrologist of Civil Site Design from planning to construction management. I provide concise calculations, write reports, documents and specifications. I have extensive experience that is relevant... |

The County Health Department expects drawings that they can easily read and the only way that can be accomplished is by hand drafting. Yes Auto Cad drawings just can’t provide that without over kill and costing 3 or 4 times as much.

So it is the government that is governed by the people that need to catch up. The landowner needs to make contact with the Civil Engineer to move forward with development. | | Engineering Services I provide full Engineering Design and Coordination Services for all Land Development needs for the State of Washington.
