It was 1995, a dark and dreary night in Seattle. I had just returned to my Island home, having just received a proposal to start a repair clinic for Zales Corporation. I had been traveling for a living all over the United States, Japan and Australia working 12 hour days, 6 days a week for 8 years and it had begun to wear on me. Plus my son was now 4 years old.
