Art has been a thread woven through the tapestry of my life since I was a young child.  I've always loved the creative arts, especially drawing and ceramics.  Though I took many art classes growing up, I was never confident enough in my ability to pursue art through any formal avenue.

I'm 30 now, times have changed, and I'm ready to offer this part of me to the world, or anyone who wants to enjoy my simple expressions.

I lived in North Africa for two years where I learned Arabic.  I enjoy writing in Arabic and though I have not learned the beautiful art of Arabic caligraphy, I seek to mesh my own ideas with this beautiful language.  Some of the pieces that follow are unique expressions of truth and beauty in the Arabic language.

I seek to make this art available, especially to those living in the Arab world or who have Arabic speaking friends or neighbors. 

I love words, culture, and beauty and I hope my art reflects this.
