Shepard Arts is a decorative arts business offering a wide variety of arts services including murals, portraits, decorative painting, faux painting and decorative wall treatments. We also work as studio artists creating many kinds of commissioned works of art.   During the past eighteen years, we have completed literally hundreds of projects in homes throughout Oklahoma and Texas. We've also done many projects in churches and businesses as well.
